摘　　要：中国生产性服务出口贸易技术水平总体不太高,其中中低技术生产性服务业出口是中国具有比较优势的产业,但同时也是发达国家和新兴经济体出口生产性服务业竞相争夺的部分。中国要在保持这一产业比较优势的基础上,加快中高技术通讯和计算机及信息业、高技术金融保险和专利及所有权业的发展,可考虑从增加人才储备、完善基础设施、健全法制环境和加强产业融合等方面下功夫。同时,政府要加快推进中国优化生产性服务出口贸易技术结构和提升国家整体竞争实力的进程。这对于中国有效实现贸易升级和产业转型都将产生有益的连带效应。The technology of productive service export is generally not high, of which middle-low-technology export is a relative advantage industry of China, and a part that developed countries and new emerging economies＇ fighting for. Except keeping the advantage, China should accelerate the development of middle-high technology communications, computer information industries and high technology finance, insurance, patents and exclusive ownership lines, by increasing human capitals, perfecting facilities and legal system, strengthening industrial convergence. Meanwhile, government should accelerate to optimize Chinese productive service export technologic structure and improve national competition ability. All of them will bring spinoff effect to promote Chinese trade upgrading and industrial transformation.
