海相沉积型天然石英砂生产超白砂的工艺研究

摘　　要：在对海南某地天然石英砂进行工艺矿物学分析的基础上,采用筛分、擦洗、重选、磁选等多种工艺方法进行了选矿提纯试验研究。试验结果表明,采用筛分-擦洗-重选-磁选工艺可使石英砂的Fe2O3含量降低到0.007 6%,达到了超白砂的质量指标。Based on the analysis of the natural silica sand from Hainan province,the minerals purification study was carried on by some methods such as screening,scouring,gravity concentration,magnetic concentration and so on.It was showed that combination of the process of screening,scouring,gravity concentration and magnetic concentration,the Fe2O3 content of silica sand can be down to 0.007 6%,which satisfied the requirement of the ultra white sand.
