摘　　要：介绍EC3216A型丙烯腈分散剂在齐鲁丙烯腈装置上的工业试验情况。结果表明:EC3216A分散剂能够有效的分散丙烯腈生产系统中已经形成的聚合物,防止在系统中形成大颗粒聚合物,减少聚合物累积,提高塔及换热设备的运行效率,延长装置运行周期。The paper introduced the industrial application of EC3216A acrylonitrile dispersant on perse th polymer Qilu acrylonitrile unit. The results showed EC3216A dispersant could effectively dise polymer formed in acrylonitrile production system, prevented the formation of large particles, reduced the aggregation of polymer particles, increased the running efficiency of the tower and heat exchange equipments, and prolonged the operation period of the acrylonitrile unit.
