摘　　要：对断裂的65Mn钢带断口进行金相组织和SEM-EDS分析。结果表明:钢带组织中出现异常组织是造成断裂的主要原因,钢带中的成分偏析及夹杂物对钢带的断裂具有一定的促进作用。The fracture of 65 Mn steel belt is analyzed by means of metallographic structure and SEM - EDS analysis. The re- suits show the abnormal microstructure in the belt is the main reason for it, and segregation and inclusion play a certain role in fracture.
