摘　　要：目的探讨骶子宫韧带精细显微组织结构,以了解骶子宫韧带的功能及阐明相关疾病的病因和发病机制。方法收集2008年4月至10月在南方医科大学南方医院等三家医院行广泛性子宫切除术后新鲜离体骶子宫韧带标本29条,采用HE、免疫组织化学及多种特殊染色方法对骶子宫韧带组织进行定性研究。结果骶子宫韧带中含大量纤维结缔组织,以胶原纤维为主,少量的弹力纤维、肌纤维和网状纤维。含大量血管,包括中、小、微动静脉,分布无明显规律。富含神经组织,为自主神经,其中以交感神经为主,主要分布在骶子宫韧带的外侧深层,副交感神经成分极少见。淋巴管含量较多,集中分布于骶子宫韧带的内侧面,外侧面呈散在分布,偶见淋巴结。富含脂肪组织。结论骶子宫韧带组织结构复杂,其精细显微组构特征决定其是一些盆底疾病以及广泛性子宫切除术术中、术后并发症发生发展的基础。Objective To investigate the mierostrueture of the uterosacral ligament （USL） and provide histological evi- dence for its function and the cause and pathogenesis of related disease. Methods 29 USLs were collected from the pa- tients who had type Ⅲ radical hysterectomy, and they came between Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University, Tumor Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University and Guangdong Provincial Corps Hospital of Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces, respectively. HE staining,immunohistochemical staining and some specific stain were used. Resuslts The USL contained plentiful fibrous connective tissues, blood vessels, autonomic nerves, lymph tissues and adipose tissues. Fi- brous connective tissues contained capital collagenous fiber and a few elastic fiber, muscle fiber and reticular fiber; The distribution of blood vessels was not obvious regularity ; Autonomic nerve mainly contained sympathetic nerve, primarily in deep outside of USL;Lymph vessels and rare lymph nodus distributed in the inside of USL; Massive adipose tissue were contained. Conclusion The complicate construction of USL is related to some pelvic floor foundational disorder diseases and several complications of radical hysterectomy.
