摘　　要：现代大学制度代表了大学制度建构的方向,但世界上不存在一个国际上通用的普适模式,中国特色现代大学制度建设必须在科学理念引领下结合本国国情进行探索。这就要求进一步完善党委领导下的校长负责制,创建大学理事会制度,改革大学学术权力结构,深化大学内部管理改革,加强师生参与民主管理,建立大学与政府间的新型契约关系。There is no international common universal mode in the world ,and the modern university system is the direction of the university system.So ,there is no ready-made model for Chinese characteristics ,modern university system to reference, we must explore the mode under the guidance of the scientific concept of national circumstances.It means that we should improve the president responsibility system and create a Council of the University System under the leadership of the Party.Furthermore ,we should reform the university＇s internal man- agement and academic power structure making the teachers and students having interest in participating in the democratic management,so,we can establish a new contractual relationship between the university and government.
