摘　　要：创新型工程科技人才培养是高校参与国家科技人力资源建设的重要方面。以麻省理工学院、伍斯特工学院、爵硕大学为代表的美国工科院校,在创新型工程科技人才培养方面取得了卓越成效,形成了特征各异的培养理念与培养路径。在培养创新型工程科技人才方面,中国高等工程教育需要博采众长,重点实施体验式教育。Innovative engineering science and technology talents cultivation in colleges and universities is important aspect of human resources in science and technology.Engineering colleges and universities in the United States such as Massaehusetts Institute of Technology,Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Drexel University have made outstanding achievements in cultivating innovative engineering science and technology talents, and form cultivation idea and path of different characteristics. The higher engineering education in China need to complement with others＇ advantages, and locus on implementing the experiencing education to cultivate innovative engineering science and technology talents.
