摘  要:根据自由基聚合原理,采用氧化还原引发体系,引入结构改性助剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)和甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS),制备了支链状两性聚丙烯酰胺(AmPAM)纸张增强剂;用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对产物进行了表征,并考察了其对纸张的增强效果。实验得出最佳合成工艺条件:pH=5.5、MBA用量0.03%(摩尔百分数)、SMAS用量0.03%(摩尔百分数)、聚合时间为60min;当聚合物用量为0.5%(质量百分数)时,手抄片的抗张指数和撕裂指数分别提高了27.1%和8.8%。According to the technology of free radical polymerization, a series of AmPAMs were prepared by using N, N-methylene bis-acrylamide (MBA) and sodium methylallyl sulfonate (SMAS) as molecular structure modification additive, ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as redox initiation system. And the strengthening effect of AmPAM was investigated. Results showed that AmPAM demonstrated excellent performance and had a good strengthening effect under the following polymerization conditions: reaction pH value 5.5, the dosage of cross-linking monomer MBA 0.03% (mol/mol), the dosage of chain transfer agent SMAS 0.03% (mol/mol), the time for liner polymer polymerization 60 rain. When used in the wet end of papermaking, at the dosage of 0.5%(wt/ wt), the mechanical strength of paper was remarkably enhanced, the tensile and tear indices of the handsheets increased by 27.1% and 8.8%, respectively, compared with those of handsheets without addition of AmPAM. q'he structure of the resulting product was characterized by FT-IR spectrum and 1H-NMR.
