摘 要:在(NH4)2SO4和NaCl组成的复盐水溶液中,以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为阳离子单体,聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC)为分散稳定剂,偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐(V50)为引发剂,通过分散聚合法成功合成了固含量高、黏度低、稳定性好、溶解速度快的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)水基分散体。考察了总单体浓度、分散剂用量、盐用量和配比、反应温度等对CPAM性能的影响,并用激光衍射粒度仪和颗粒电荷测定仪(PCD)等对分散体进行表征。通过优化得出,在单体浓度14%,盐用量24%,m((NH4)2SO4):m(NaCl)=23.5:0.5,PDMC4%时,聚合得到的CPAM水基分散体各项性能较佳。将制得的CPAM用作文化用纸生产的助留助滤剂,对CPAM用量、CPAM与浆料的接触时间、搅拌速度等工艺参数进行了优化。当应用条件达到最佳时,浆料的填料留着率从空白时的23.35%提高到73.74%,打浆度也从39°SR降低至25°SR。Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) water-based dispersion with high solid content, low viscosity, good stability and rapid dissolution was prepared by dispersion polymerization in ammonium sulfate and sodium chloride solution. The acrylamide (AM) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) were used as comonomers, poly(methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) (PDMC) as dispersing agent, and 2,2-azobis (2-methylpropionamide) dihydrochloride (Vs0) as initiator. The effects of total monomers concentration, the amount of dispersing agent, salts dosage and reaction temperature on dispersion polymerization were investigated. Laser diffraction particle size analyzers and particle charge deteetor(PCD) were used to analyse the properties of water-based dispersion, The results showed that, when the mass fraction of total monomers, salts and PDMC was 14%, 24% and 4% respectively, and m((NH4)2SO4):m(NaC1)=23.5:0.5, CPAM water-based dispersion with good properties was obtained. The product CPAM was applied in culture paper production as retention and drainage aids. The technological parameters of dosage of CPAM, contact time and stirring rate were optimized. The filler retention was enhanced from 23.35% to 73.74% and beating degree was reduced 14°SR under optimum condition.
