传统优势产业转型升级的制约因素与对策研究——以肇庆市工业为例

摘　　要：通过调研肇庆传统优势产业发现,从横向比较看,肇庆市的传统优势产业除工业增加值占比外,其他经济指标均低于工业相对发达的佛山的水平;从纵向比较看,传统优势产业的经济指标呈"V型形态"变化。导致肇庆市传统优势产业发展现状与转型升级制约因素有政策环境、市场竞争、自主创新能力低、能耗高等方面。为此,笔者提出肇庆市传统优势产业转型升级"六化"的战略目标及对应的政策建议。It is found through the survey that compared with those in Foahan City, the other economic indicators for traditional industries in Zhaoqing City are lower except for the industrial added value. From the vertical perspective, the other economic indicators for traditional industries in Zhaoqing City show the change of the V-shaped form. The actors resulting in the development status and in the constraint of transformation of traditional industries in Zhaoqing City are policy environment, market competition and low capacity for independent innovation, high energy consumption,, etc.. To this end, the author puts forward ＂six＂ strategic objectives for transformation and upgrading the traditional industries in Zhaoqing City and corresponding policy recommendations.
