造纸白泥中各种含钙化合物的快速测定方法

摘　　要：运用热重分析技术测定碱回收白泥中碳酸钙和氢氧化钙含量,研究不同炉体气氛流量、升温速率、试样用量、硅酸钙和氢氧化钙量对测试结果影响,发现这些因素的影响均忽略不计。用回收白泥碳酸钙进行加标回收率实验,加标回收率为88.6%～101.3%,变异系数在1.0%～3.7%之间,用热重法测定其中碳酸钙和氢氧化钙的含量,重现性好,准确度高。The contents of calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide in white mud were determined by thermogravimetric analysis, and the effect of gas flow rate in the furnace, temperature rise rate, the mass of the sample, the amount of calcium metasilicate and calcium hydroxide on the measurement results were investigated, q-he results demonstrated that the above factors have little effect on the determination results, the contents of calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide in white mud determined by thermogravimetic analysis proved to be accurate and with a good reproducibity in terms of recovery rates. The recovery of standard addition ranged from 88.6% to 101.3%, and the coefficient of variation were in the range of 1.0% to 3.7%.
