摘　　要：针对目前存在的软件技术专业毕业生就业专业对口率不高和无锡市服务外包企业招不到足够软件服务外包人才的尴尬情况,分析了无锡市主要服务外包企业软件项目开发的基本流程和使用的关键技术,在此基础上对软件技术课程教学进行了大胆改革和实践,总结出了一套有效培养软件技术人才的良好教学方法。According to the problems at present existing in software technology major such as the low proportion of employment related to graduates＇ field of study,and the embarrassing situation on lack of software service outsourcing talents employed by service outsourcing enterprises in Wuxi city,this paper analyzes the basic flow and used key technology in software project development of main service outsourcing enterprises in Wuxi city.On the basis of this,it makes daring reform and practice on the teaching of software technology curriculum,and summarizes one good teaching method for effectively cultivating software technology talents.
