基于复合型人才培养的金工实习课程教学改革研究

摘　　要：联系华北电力大学工程训练中心金工实习教学改革的实际,介绍了实践教学改革的具体措施及改革的效果,阐述了金工实习改革中应解决的问题并提出相关对策。改革金工实习教学内容,实现传统加工方法与现代制造技术的融合;提高金工实习教学手段及方法,实现多媒体教学、网络辅助教学等;更新金工实习教学理念,适应社会对复合型人才培养的需求。在金工实习教学改革过程中,解决好师资队伍的建设问题和实习教学的规范问题。通过金工实习教学改革,优化教学内容,提高教学效率和教学质量。According to the teaching reform of metalworking practice in the Engineering Training Center of North China Electric Power University, the specific measures and effect of practice teaching reform are introduced in this paper to deal with some problems existing in the reform of metalworking practice including the teaching content reorganization, the realization of the fusion between the traditional processing method and modern manufacturing technology, the improve- ment on teaching means and methods, and the realization of multimedia teaching and network teaching and so on. By updating the teaching concept, the reform of metalworking practice should be adapted to the requirement of society for the cultivation of compound talents. In the process of teaching reform of metalworking practice, the construction of teacher team should be streng thened with the practice teaching standardized. The teaching efficiency and teaching quality can be improved by optimizing the teaching contents in the teaching reform of metalworking practice.
