摘　　要：随着军队院校和军事训练单位信息化建设的快速发展,军事训练信息资源日益丰富,如何把这些分属于不同系统的信息资源加以整合、合理使用、安全存储,成为军队院校信息化建设过程中亟待解决的问题,对军事训练信息资源数据挖掘存在的主要问题进行了分析,在此基础上给出了军事训练信息资源Web数据挖掘模型的组成,结合信息资源管理的实践,论述了基于Web数据挖掘在军事训练信息资源管理中的应用。With the rapid development of information construction in military academies, the mili- tary training network information resource is increasingly rich. The integration of these mass da- ta, the use of the data analysis results and their storage security can provide decision supports for further military academy information construction, which is the most important task to conduct military education and technical workers＇ training in the military academy. The paper discusses the data mining technology and the Web--based data mining applications in the military training and the military information resource management by constructing a data mining model of the mil- itary training information resources in combination with the practices in information resources management.
