摘　　要：在对河北省乡镇卫生院人力资源现有问题进行科学分析的基础上,总结出乡镇卫生院人力资源发展的对策。乡镇卫生院人力资源普遍存在总量不足、结构不合理、流动性大、管理体制不健全等问题。应充分发挥政府主导作用,通过加大投入力度、加快基础设施建设、健全人事管理制度、完善对口支援等措施,提高乡镇卫生院的医疗技术水平。Based on the scientific analysis on the existing problems in lack of total township hospi- tals of Hebei Province with irrational structure, large mobility and imperfect management sys- tem, the countermeasures for the development of the township health centres, in human re- sources are summed up. The results indicate role, by increasing the investment, speeding that the government is supposed to play a leading up the infrastructural construction, perfecting the personnel management system and counterpart supporting measures to improve the iatrical tech nology level of the township health centres in Hebei Province.
