发达国家矿产远景调查评价工作的特点和经验

摘　　要：通过对美国、加拿大和澳大利亚的地质调查机构开展的矿产远景调查评价工作的研究可知:(1)矿产远景调查评价对于国家资源安全、环境和生态管护、土地利用决策等具有至关重要的作用;(2)矿产远景调查评价要定期开展,每一个阶段解决每一个阶段的重点任务,选好矿种重点和区域重点;(3)矿产远景调查评价工程因矿种而异,因经济社会发展阶段而异;(4)矿产远景调查评价工作要有法律保障,至少是强有力的计划/规划保障;(5)矿产远景调查评价工作要实行大科学机制;(6)我国的矿产资源远景调查评价工作要借鉴发达国家的经验,加强资源产业的国际竞争力,重点是提高地学知识基础,改善服务质量,拉动矿产勘查的新突破。From the research on the prospective investigations and assessments of mineral resources in the U.S.A,Canada,and Australia,we can know:prospective investigations and assessments of mineral resources has played a vital role in national resource security,environmental and ecological management and protection,and the decision of land use;we should regularly carry out prospective investigations and assessments of mineral resources,and complete the key task of each stage,and pick key minerals and regions;the project of prospective investigations and assessments of mineral resources depends on minerals and the stage of economic and social development;we should provide guarantee for prospective investigations and assessments of mineral resources by the corresponding legal protection,at least,a robust plan,and implement big science mechanism;China's prospective investigations and assessments of mineral resources must use the experiences of developed countries for reference,strengthen the resources industry's international competitiveness,focus on improving knowledge base of geosciences and service quality,pull the new breakthrough of mineral exploration.
