摘  要:用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)对凹凸棒石(Pa)进行硅烷化改性,制备了硅烷化凹凸棒石(PaAPTES),以PaAPTES为载体,通过化学键合接枝杂多酸H3PW12O40,制得了容易分离、可回收的固载型杂多酸催化剂H3PW12O40/PaAPTES,用红外光谱分析、X射线衍射和BET对催化剂进行表征,并且通过紫外分光光度法测定了该催化剂的溶脱率。进行了苯乙酮与乙二醇的缩合反应研究,实验结果表明:硅烷化的催化剂表现出高的催化活性,回收后可重复利用且催化活性没有明显降低。The surface of acid-activated palygorskite (APTES) (the silylated Pa denoted as PaAZrEs ) for (Pa) was modified by grafting 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane immobilization of H3PW12O40. The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR), X-ray diffraction ( XRD ), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific area measurement, and the desolvente rate of samples was determined by UV spectrophotometry method. The catalytic activity was tested for the condensation reaction of acetophenone with ethylene glycol. The results indicate that the catalyst shows a high and specific catalytic activity. The recycling tests show that the catalyst can be easily recycled from the reaction system for repeated use, and the catalytic activity is not obviously reduced.
