摘 要:建立了ShodexICYS-50阳离子色谱柱测定河水中阳离子的离子色谱方法。以甲基磺酸(4mmol/L)为淋洗液,流速为1mL/min,抑制电导法检测,每个样品的分析时间为20min。在优化的实验条件下,Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+的检出限分别为1.30、1.44、3.18、2.31、5.17μg/L;加标回收率为91.24%~104.8%。并将此色谱柱与DionexIonpacCS12A进行分析比较,两根柱子的检测结果数据一致。研究结果表明,方法简便、快速、准确可靠,适合对河水此类复杂样品的检测。A chromatographic method using a Shodex IC YS-50 cation chromatographic column to detect cations in river water was proposed. The chromatographic measurements were performed at the following conditions: 4 mmol/L MSA as eluent, the flow rate of 1 mL/min, 20 min for detection time, and by suppressed conductivity detection. Under the optimal condition, the limit of detection for Na+, NH4+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+ was 1.30, 1.44, 3.18, 2.31, 5.17 μg/L, respectively. The average spiked recoveries were 91.24%~104.8%. The testing results for using Shodex IC YS-50 cation chromatographic column was consistent with those for using Ionpac CS12A column. The results indicate that this method is simple, convenient, fast, accurate, and reliable, thus, is suitable to detect the complicated sample like river water.
