摘 要:建立了毛细管离子色谱-柱切换法测定高纯氢氟酸中的痕量阴离子的方法。实验中所考察的保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为:0.02%~0.12%和0.63%~1.89%,在1~100μg/L线性范围内,线性相关系数大于0.9998,考察的阴离子检出限为2.13~32.61ng/L,加标回收率为85.3%~103.9%,并用于实际样品检测,取得了很好的效果。In this paper, a capillary ion chromatography- column switching method was established to determine trace anions in high-purity hydrofluoric acid solutions. All of the sample pretreatment and separation were performed on the newest ICS-5000 (Thermo Fisher) instrument. The RSDs of retention time and peak area were 0.02%~0.12% and 0.63%~1.89%, respectively. And the linear ranges of anions were 1~100 μg/L with correlation coefficients larger than 0.9998. The limits of detection (S/N=3) for Cl-,Br-,NO3-,and PO43- were 2.13 ~32.61 ng/L, and the recoveries for Cl-,Br-,NO3-,and PO43- were 85.3%~103.9%. The method has been applied to analyze trace anions in true sample with satisfactory results.
