摘  要:制备出一种新型抑制电导检测阴离子色谱固定相,通过对色谱条件的选择,成功实现了多种含磷阴离子的分离。选用KOH溶液作为流动相,成功分离并测定正磷酸根、焦磷酸根、三偏磷酸根和三聚磷酸根,且线性良好,方法的加标回收率达到90%~106%。用于实际样品分析,结果满意。A new type of chromatographic stationary phase for detecting anion with suppressed conductivity detection was prepared. Under the optimal chromatographic conditions, a variety of phosphorus-containing anions were successfully determined using the home-made chromatographic stationary phase. Using KOH as eluent, phosphate, pyrophosphate, trimetaphosphate, and tripolyphosphate were separated and analyzed. The results show that the method has good linearity with standard addition recovery of 90%~106%. And the results for real samples were satisfied.
