脑损伤合并锁骨骨折与单纯骨折生长因子的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究与分析脑损伤合并锁骨骨折与单纯骨折胰岛素生长因子的表达及意义。方法分析自2009年2月至2011年2月因锁骨骨折合并颅脑外伤入院治疗患者20例为观察组,年龄18～70岁。单纯锁骨骨折16例为对照组,年龄20～60岁。采取免疫组织化学法进行检测,观察两组患者体内胰岛素生长因子在不同时期的含量、X线及骨折愈合情况。结果合并颅脑外伤的锁骨骨折手术和非手术愈合均加速,X线示骨折线模糊,骨痂形成约2～3周,其中5例8～13d见骨痂影。单纯锁骨骨折X线示骨折骨痂形成约3～6周。相比较合并颅脑外伤的锁骨骨折骨痂形成平均提前约1～2周。结论胰岛素生长因子是分化软骨细胞、成骨细胞及促使骨祖细胞的到增殖的关键因素,在锁骨骨折合并颅脑外伤患者体内的胰岛素生长因子表达更强,持续性长,胜于单纯锁骨骨折患者。胰岛素生长因子可间接促进骨折愈合速度。Objective To study and analyze relationship of brain injury with fracture of clavicle fracture with a simple expression of insulin - like growth factor and its significance. Methods Since February 2009 February 2011 because of clavicle fracture with traumatic brain injury hospitalization of 20 patients in the observation group, aged 18 ~ 70 years. 16 cases of clavicular fracture alone control group, aged 20 - 60 years old. To be detected by immunohistochemistry, ob- served in vivo insulin - like growth factor levels at different times, X - ray and fracture healing. Results Craniocerebral trauma clavicle fracture healing are accelerated and non - surgical, X - ray showed the fracture line blurred, callus forma- tion about 2 - 3 weeks,8 - 13 days in 5 cases the bone callus shadow. Simple X - ray showed fracture of clavicle fracture callus formation about 3 -6 weeks. Compared with craniocerebral trauma clavicle fracture callus formation on average a- bout 1 - 2 weeks in advance. Conclusions The differentiation of insulin - like growth factor is the cartilage cells, bone cells and bone progenitor cells to promote proliferation of the key factors in the clavicle fracture with head injury patients is greater expression of insulin -like growth factor, persistent length, more than the simple clavicle fracture patients. Insulin - like growth factor can indirectly promote fracture healing.
