75岁以上老年人胆石症手术治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨75岁以上老年人胆石症手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析28例75岁以上老年人胆石症的临床特点、手术方式及疗效。结果 23例(82.1%)患者并存其他疾病,22例(78.6%)以急性发作就诊,11例(39.3%)行急诊手术,1例(3.6%)并存胆囊癌。术式以胆囊切除术、胆道探查术为主。围手术期死亡1例(3.6%)。结论经过充分术前准备及围手术期并存症的合理处理,手术仍是治疗75岁以上老年人胆石症相对安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the experience of chololithiasis surgical threatmena in patients 75 years of age and older.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics of cholelithiasis,surgical methods and treatment effects in 28 cases of 75 years of age and older.Results Twenty-three cases（82.1%） coexisted with other diseases,2Twenty-two cases（78.6%） went to hospital as a result of acute attack.Eleven cases（39.3%） were performed emergency operations.One case（3.6%） coexisted with gallbladder carcinoma.Surgical methods included holecystectomy,exploratory of biliary tract.However,one cases（3.7%） died in perioperative period.Conclusion Basing on sufficient preoperative preparation,and more attention paid to other diseases coexisted with cholelithiasis,the operation is still relatively safe and effective way of treating cholelithiasis in patients 75 years of age and older.
