摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对过敏性紫癜患儿舒适度的临床效果。方法对2009年1月—2011年1月收治的92例过敏性紫癜患儿用自制的舒适度量表进行调查,根据调查结果进行护理干预,并在患儿出院时用相同量表再次调查,对2次结果进行比较。结果对92例过敏性紫癜患儿进行护理干预后,患儿的舒适度明显提高。结论护理干预能够提高过敏性紫癜患儿的舒适度,有利于患儿的身心健康。Objective To study the clinical effects of nursing intervention on the comfort of children with anaphylactic purpura. Methods 9g children with anaphylactic purpura admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were selected. They were surveyed with comfort scale designed by ourselves, and given nursing intervention on the basis of the statistical results. They were investigated by the same scale when they discharged. Results After the nursing intervention, the comfort of the children were significantly improved. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve comfort of the children with allergic purpura, and conducive to physical and mental health of the children.
