摘　　要：介绍溶血评价方法的研究进展,综述目前药物及化合物溶血性评价的几种方法,并对比其优缺点,提出了以脂质体模拟红细胞膜来评价溶血性的新方法,为药物及化合物的溶血性评价提供实验和方法指导。The research progress of hemolytic evaluation methods is introduced, and at present several hemolytic evaluation methods of drugs and compounds are summarized and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. The new hemolytic evaluation method of using liposome to simulate red cell membrane is put forward, which provides experiment and methodological guidance for hemolytic evaluation.
