头孢地尼和头孢呋辛酯治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的成本-效果研究

摘　　要：目的对头孢地尼和头孢呋辛酯治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的疗效和成本进行比较分析,为临床用药提供参考。方法收集82例急性扁桃体炎患儿,随机分成头孢地尼治疗组组和头孢呋辛酯治疗组,根据患儿症状、体征、实验室和病原学检查结果判断疗效,采用统计学方法比较两组的疗效、成本以及不良反应。结果头孢地尼和头孢呋辛酯治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的总有效率分别为90.24%和78.05%,头孢地尼的效果优于头孢呋辛酯(P<0.05);头孢地尼分散片和头孢呋辛酯干混悬液的治疗成本分别为101.5元和42.5元。结论与头孢呋辛酯相比,头孢地尼的治疗效果较好,但治疗成本略高。头孢地尼治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎安全、高效。Objective To perform the comparative study on the effects and cost of cefdinir and cefuroxime for treating child acute ton-sillitis. Methods Eighty- two children patients with acute tonsillitis were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups treated with cefdinir and cefuroxime, respectively. The clinical efficacies of two drugs were judged according to the symptoms, physical signs, and the results of laboratory examination. The cost and effects of two groups were analyzed and compared by the statistical method. Results The total effective rates of cefdinir and cefuroxime were 90. 24% and 78.05%, respectively, cefdinir was superior to cefuroxime in the curative effects, which showed statistical difference（P〈 0.05）.The costs of Cefdinir Dispersible Tablet and Cefuroxime Suspension were 101.5 Yuan and 42.5 Yuan, respectively. Conclusion Compared with cefnroxime, cefdinir is better effective, but the cost is slight high. Cefdinir is safe and highly effective in treating child acute tonsillitis.
