摘 要:目的确定海南省黄花蒿的最佳采收期,为规范化种植黄花蒿提供依据。方法采集不同生长期黄花蒿的叶或叶和花,计算其产量。采用超声波法提取青蒿素,紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果8月中旬海南黄花蒿中青蒿素的含量达到最高,为1.89%;而产量在9月初达到最大,平均单株产量可达56 g。结论不同采收期黄花蒿中青蒿素的产量差异明显,海南黄花蒿最佳采收期为8月中旬。Objective To study and determine the best harvest time of Artemisia annua L. in Hainan province to provide the basis for normalized planting of Artemisia annua L. in Hainan province. Methods The leaves and flowers of Artemisia annua L. in different growth periods were collected and the yield was calculated. Artemisinin was extracted by the supersonic wave method and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The maximum artemisinin content of Artemisia annua L. were 1.89% in the middle of August, but the maximum yield was in the beginning of September with the average single plant yield of 56 g. Conclusion The artemisinin yield has obvious differences in different harvest time. And the best harvest time of Artemisia annua L. in Hainan province is in the middle of August.
