高效液相色谱法测定定喘止咳胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量

摘　　要：目的建立定喘止咳胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4 mm,5μm),0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH至2.7)-乙腈(96∶4)为流动相,检测波长为207 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在0.007 728～0.077 28 g/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率98.21%,RSD为1.13%(n=6)。结论所建立的高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确,可用于定喘止咳胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的定量质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Dingchuanzhike Capsules. Methods The chromatographic column was Kroamsil C18 column （250 mm ×4 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was 0. 02 mol/L KH2P04 （containing 0. 2% triethylamine and adjusting to pH =2.7 with phosphoric acid）-acetonitrile（96 ： 4）. The detection wavelength was at 207 nm. Results The linear relation was good within the range of 0. 007 728 - 0. 077 28 g/L for the mass concentration of ephedrine hydroehloride（r=0.999 9）. The average recovery rate was 98.21%, RSD was 1.13% （n=6）. Conclusion This established method is simple, quick and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Dingchuanzhike Capsules.
