摘　　要：实证主义的认识论是图书馆职业活动的传统基石。后现代社会里,后现代的认识论对实证主义认识论提出了新的挑战。图书馆职业的后现代认识论为图书馆职业实践提供了更多的解读视角,包括对图书馆职业的批判和反思。这种批判和反思是图书馆职业进步不可缺少的动力。The library profession practice is based on the epistemology to some extent, and the positivism epistemology is the corner stone of the traditional library profession practice. In the postmodern society, the positivism epistemology faces to the challenge of the postmodern epistemology. The postmodern epistemology of the library profession provides the library practice more perspectives, including the criticism and reflection of the library profession. And these criticisms and reflections are the indispensable power of the development of the library profession.
