摘　　要：目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定防风通圣丸中的芍药苷、栀子苷、黄芩苷和连翘苷4种成分的含量。方法色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈(A)-水(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为230和280nm;柱温28℃。结果芍药苷、栀子苷、黄芩苷和连翘苷4种成分进样量分别在0.078 5～0.785,0.049 6～0.496,0.071 3～0.713和0.043 4～0.434μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999 1);平均回收率(n=3)分别为97.5%,98.2%,98.5%和98.7%。结论该法简单、准确、重复性好,能有效地控制药品的质量。Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin, geniposide, baicalin and forsythin in Fang-fengtongsheng Pills. Method The analysis was carried out on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile （ A） and water （B） with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 230 and 280 nm. The column temperature was 28 ℃. Results The linear ranges of paeoniflorin,geniposide, baicalin and forsythin were 0. 078 5-0. 785,0. 049 6-0. 496,0. 071 3-0. 713 and 0. 043 4-0. 434 μg （r〉0. 9991）, respectively. The average recoveries （n=3） were 97.5 %, 98.2%, 98.5 % and 98.7%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of Fangfengtongsheng Pills.
