冰冻浓缩技术应用于中药制剂工艺的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的将冰冻浓缩分离技术应用于中药制药领域,以达节能、保质的目标。方法综述近年来冰冻浓缩分离技术的研究概况,对其应用于中药水提液浓缩进行可行性分析。结果该技术应用于中药水提液浓缩对提高中成药品质、促进中药制药技术进步具有重要意义。结论该技术将为中药制剂生产节能提供新途径,应开展其在中药水提液浓缩中应用的系统研究。Objective To analyze the application of the freeze concentration separation technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing, aimed at energy saving and high quality. Method Some researches which related to the freeze concentration technology,in traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed. Results The use of the freeze concentration technology to concentrate the extraction liquid of traditional Chinese medicine has important significance in the improvement of the quality of traditional Chi- nese medicine and promotion of Chinese pharmaceutical technology progress. Conclusion This technology will provide a new way for energy saving in the production of traditional Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, we should organize the research of the freeze con-centration technology in the area of the extraction liquid of traditional Chinese medicine.
