摘　　要：数据质量问题及其研究均时日已久,在大数据时代来临的当下,其重要性已经比肩数据资源本身。文章回顾了国际数据质量研究与实践的进展,重点介绍了中国科学院近年来在科学数据资源建设中提出的科学数据质量框架、科学数据质量成熟度模型、基于QFD的科学数据质量评价方法,以及所开发的基于专家知识库的科学数据质量软件,最后对大数据时代科学数据质量的新特点和新问题,包括数据可信与溯源、数据质量云服务等内容,进行了初步探讨。In Big Data time, the importance of data quality is no less than that of data resources. This paper reviewed the progress of research and practice in data quality, introduced mainly achievements on data quality in construction of scientific data resources of Chinese Academy of Sciences in recent years, including scientific data quality framework, scientific data quality maturity model, scientific data quality evaluation method based on QFD, scientific data quality software based on knowledge repository. At last, this paper shares an outlook on new characteristics and problems of scientific data quality in Big Data time, including data trust, data orovenance and cloud service on data oualitv.
