摘　　要：目的:研究美洲凌霄花的抗凝血作用,初步探讨其抗凝血机制。方法:采用断尾法和毛细管法分别测定小鼠尾出血时间(BT)、毛细管凝血时间(CT),并测定小鼠肺栓塞时间(PET),通过试剂盒测定小鼠体外凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血激酶时间(APTT)、血浆复钙时间(PRT)。结果:美洲凌霄花醇提物剂量依赖性延长小鼠CT、BT并剂量依赖性缩短小鼠肺栓塞时间(PET);其不同萃取层中水层能显著延长小鼠CT、BT(P<0.05),并能延长TT、PT、PRT(P<0.05);粗多糖能够延长小鼠CT、BT,并能延长APTT、PT、PRT(P<0.05)。结论:美洲凌霄花具有抗凝血作用,其活性强度为多糖>水层>醇提物。Objective： To investigate the anti-coagulation activities effect of flower of Campsis radicans（L） Seem. Methods： Bleeding time（BT） and coagulation time（CT） was determined by cutting-tail method. And the pulmonary embolism time（PET） was also tested. Activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）, thrombin time（TT）, prothrombin time（PT） and plasma recalcification time（PRT） were evaluated by test tube method in mice. Results： The bleeding time（BT） and coagulation time（CT） were prolonged and the pulmonary embolism time（PET） was cut short, which was dose dependent; In the five different extraction, the water extract can not only prolong the BT and CT（P〈0.05）, but also the PT, TF and PRT（P〈0.05）; polysaccharide extract prolonged the BT and CT, as well as the APPT, PT and PRT（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The flower of Campsis radicons（L.）Seem has significant effect on anti-coagulation. The polysaccharide has stronger effect than the water extraction and acoparia-alcohol extract. And the the water extraction has stronger effect than acoparia-alcohol extract.
