摘　　要：结合区域规划决策存在的问题,分析研究了区域规划中决策问题,提出了区域规划的软件体系结构,设计了基于层次分析法的区域规划决策支持系统,最后实现了层次分析法和雷达图的分析评价方法应用于潜江转型发展规划,为新时期区域规划的制定和决策提供了行之有效的可视化方法。This paper, combined with regional planning issues, analyses the decision-making problems of regional planning, makes the software architecture of regional planning, designs the decision support system（DSS）based-on hierarchy analysis process, finally realizes analytic hierarchy process and evaluation method of radar map used in the development of Qianjiang in transition planning, provides an effective visualization method for the formulation and decision to adapt to the new era of regional planning.
