摘  要:为了提高车载煤层气钻机下套管的作业效率,通过借鉴国外先进技术理念,结合国内现场应用情况,提出了新的旋扣套管吊卡设计理念。在介绍旋扣套管吊卡结构和工作原理的基础上,利用有限元软件对旋扣套管吊卡的上连接短节、连接板和吊卡总成进行了力学分析。针对旋扣套管吊卡的承载能力开展了地面试验。试验结果表明,经过反复600 kN载荷的施加,装置未见明显的变形和磨损,说明旋扣套管吊卡能满足1 000 m井深车载煤层气钻机的下套管要求。To improve the operating efficiency of casing running of truck-mounted coal bed methane (CBM) drilling rig, the new technological design conception of spinning casing elevator was formulated, referring to foreign advanced technological concepts and considering domestic field application. On the basis of introducing the struc- ture of the elevator and its operating principle, the finite element software was adopted to make a mechanical analy- sis of the elevator's upper connecting sub, connecting plate and elevator assembly. The ground test was conducted, centering around the bearing capacity of the elevator. The experimental findings show that after repeated application of 600 kN load, the device does not have a noticeable deformation and abrasion, which indicates that it can satisfy 1 000 m-deep casing running requirement of truck-mounted CBM drilling rig.
