摘  要:分析了套管抗外压强度计算公式,同时进行多次膨胀管补贴套管模拟试验,并对试验后的膨胀管抗外压强度进行测试。试验结果表明,膨胀管在外压作用下有弹性失稳破坏与材料屈服破坏2种失效形式,失效过程与径厚比密切相关;通常膨胀管胀后管体椭圆度保持不变,壁厚不均匀度有所增加,增加幅度与最大膨胀压力成正比;膨胀管的失稳压力高于屈服压力,在外压作用下首先发生材料屈服,然后在管体一侧出现失稳破坏,但是当膨胀管壁厚不均匀度过大时,管体会直接发生失稳破坏,导致抗外压强度降低。The calculation formula for casing external pressure strength was analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, quite a few simulation tests of casing patching for expandable tubular were conducted. The external pressure strength of expandable tubular after the tests was measurerd. The experimental findings show that due to the effect of external pressure the expandable tubular has two failure forms, namely elastic instability damage and material yield dam- age. The failure process is intimately related to the diameter thickness ratio. The tubular ellipticity after the expansion of the tubular usually remains the same. The unevenness of the wall thickness increases slightly and the amplitude of the increase is in direct proportion to the maximum expansion pressure. The instability pressure of the expandable tu- bular is larger than the yield pressure. The material yield damage first happens due to the effect of external pres- sure. Then instability occurs on one side of the tubular. But when the unevenness of the tubular wall thickness is too much, direct instability damage will happen to the tubular, causing the decrease of external pressure strength.
