摘　　要：在役钻机中,井架局部损伤缺陷普遍存在,对此既不能回避,也不能夸大,而应采取科学合理的评价方法进行评定。详细介绍了英国中央电力局对电力设备进行安全评价的CEGB R62001标准,并将其引入到局部损伤井架的安全评定中,给出了评定的步骤,结合所开发的软件给出了评定实例。评定结果表明,对存在局部损伤的井架,应按所介绍的评定方法对损伤本身进行评定,对安全评定缺陷落在非安全区的井架,应立即停用整改;对安全评定缺陷落在安全区的井架,应再按照SY/TG 236—2008标准进行综合评定。该评定方法还可用于其他油田设备和压力容器的安全评定。The local damage of derrick universally exists in drilling rigs in service. The scientific and reasonable assessment method should be applied to evaluate it. The CEGB R6 2001 used by the British Central Electricity Generating Board for assessing the power equipment safety was introduced in detail And it was introduced into the safety evaluation of derrick＇s local damage. The steps for evaluation were given. The assessment example was provid- ed referring to the software developed. The assessment findings show that as for the derrick with local damage, the evaluation of the damage itself should be carried out according to the assessment method introduced. As for the der- rick whose safety assessment defect falls in the non-safety zone, its use should be stopped immediately and it should be improved. As for the derrick whose safety assessment defect falls in the safety zone, a further comprehensive e- valuation should be conducted according to SY/TG 236--2008 standard. The assessment method can be used for safety assessment of other oilfield equipments and pressure vessels.
