摘  要:以91.44 m自升式钻井平台为目标,采用有限元软件对90 m水深的隔水套管在不同顶部张力的情况下进行力学分析,给出了隔水套管的优化配置及顶部的推荐张紧力和行程。将受到顶部张力的隔水套管简化为位于垂直平面内的梁模型,入泥端简化为固定铰支约束,选用Pipe31单元进行分析。分析结果表明,自升式平台用套管张紧器的配置应根据系统的具体工况进行分析,确定隔水套管的配置,然后按API 16Q规范的设计准则确定张紧器的额定张紧力和油缸行程;随着隔水套管顶部张紧力的增加,隔水套管的横向变形、泥线处弯矩都相应减小。There is no relevant literature which studies the configuration scheme of drill conductor tensioner for jack-up platform. Therefore, taking the 91.44 m jack-up drilling platform as the object of study, the finite soft- ware was adopted to conduct a mechanical analysis of the 90 m-deep drill conductor in different top tensions and to give the optimized configuration of drill conductor and the recommended top tension and displacement. The drill conductor which is subject to top tension was simplified as the beam model situated on the vertical plane. The driv- sioner is determined according to the design principle of API 16Q specifications. With the increase of top tension of conductor tube, the lateral deformation of the tube and the bending moment at the mudline are reduced correspondingly.
