摘 要:利用重力式油水分离模拟试验装置,以柴油和水为试验介质,通过分析入口和油出口、水出口的油水分离效果以及液滴粒径的分离效率,研究了7种物理聚结构件对油包水乳化物的分离特性。研究结果表明,对于水包油型乳状液,亲油性聚结填料的油水分离效果要优于亲水性聚结填料,表面粗糙的亲油性聚结填料油水分离效果要优于表面光滑的聚结填料;板间距越小,油水分离效果越好;粒径分析方法得到的结论与入口和油出口、水出口的油水分离效果所得到的结论一致,聚结构件能进行有效分离的粒径为20μm以上。Using the gravity-type oil-water separation simulation test device and taking diesel oil and water as the test medium, the effect of seven coalescent packs on the separation characteristic of water-in-oil emulsion was studied through analysis of the oil-water separation effect of the inlet, oil outlet and water outlet as well as the sepa- ration efficiency of liquid drop size. The research findings show that as for oil-in-water emulsion liquid, the oil-wa- ter separation effect of lipophilic coalescent pack is better than that of hydrophilic coalescent pack. The oil-water separation effect of the lipophilic coalescent pack with a rough surface is better than that of the coalescent pack with a smooth surface. The smaller the plate spacing, the better the oil-water separation effect. The conclusion obtained by the particle size analysis method is in agreement with that obtained by the oil-water separation effect of the inlet, oil outlet and water outlet. It has been found that the scope of particle size for effective separation is over 20 μm.
