摘  要:为了实现金属密封圈密封状态的在线检测和早期诊断,采用金属磁记忆检测技术监测法兰螺栓所受应力。法兰受内压作用时,金属密封圈弹性变形量发生改变,从而使螺栓所受应力发生改变,因此可由螺栓所受应力判断金属密封的密封状态。磁记忆检测结果分析表明,金属密封环的密封性与螺栓应力状态相关联,可通过检测螺栓应力状态反映金属密封环的密封性;便携式磁记忆监测装置可以很好地同时监测法兰盘上多个螺栓的应力状态,进而实现对密封圈密封状态的快速在线检测。通过对磁记忆检测结果的分析,结合螺栓应力状态与金属密封性之间的关系,得到了高压金属密封密封性失效的磁记忆判定准则。It is formulated that the metal magnetic memory testing technology is used to monitor the stress of flange and bolt so as to achieve the online testing and early diagnosis of the sealing state of metal seal ring. When the flange is subject to internal pressure, the elastic deformation of the ring will change and the stress of the bolt will then change. Therefore, the sealing state of metal seal can be judged according to the stress of bolt. The analysis of the magnetic memory testing findings shows that the sealability of the metal seal ring is related to the stress condi- tion of bolt and thus the sealability of the metal seat ring can be reflected by testing the bolt stress condition. The portable memory monitoring device can well monitor the stress condition of several bolts on the flange plate at the same time, thus achieving the fast online detection of the sealing state of the ring. The magnetic memory judgment criterion for the sealing failure of high pressure metal seal is obtained by means of analysis of the magnetic memory testing result in consideration of the relation between bolt stress condition and metal sealability.
