摘　　要：目的 最大限度地恢复臂丛神经损伤肢体功能。方法 急诊修复腋窝部位直接碾挫的臂丛神经损伤11例。结果 患肢功能显著恢复,特别是有手内在肌恢复病例。结论 腋窝是臂丛神经最易受暴力直接碾挫的部位,常伴有多种组织和部位的损伤。在无生命危险的情况下急诊修复臂丛神经,这对患肢特别是手内在肌功能恢复具有重要意义。强调原神经、原位精确吻合神经,术后四周开始康复训练。Objective Make function of the arm that has brachial plex injury recover mostly. Methods In 11 cases, repair brachial plex direct injuries at axillas in emergency. Results Function of the wounded arms has recovered obviously, especially the hand internal muscles can constract. Conclusion At axillas, the brachial plex are easiest injured directly by violence, usually many kinds of tissue and many parts of the body are injured and nerves are often defected. It is very important to repair brachial plex injuries in emergency without danger of life for recovery of function of the wounded arms, especially, of the hand internal muscles. Suture original nerve in situ as possible as can. Long-term and regule rehabilitated training must be stressed.
