双辊连续铸轧Al-Pb系轴瓦合金带材的技术研究

摘　　要：用双辊连续铸轧方法制备了Al Pb系轴瓦合金板材 ,铸轧工艺过程稳定 ,合金板成形良好。金相观察表明 :铸轧合金板第二相分布均匀、细小 ,尺寸 <5 μm ;基体组织形态良好 ,满足轴瓦合金要求。Plate of Al Pb alloy was made by twin roll continuous casting, and the forming process was stable. The results of microstructure analysis show that the second phase is refined and distributed evenly in roll casted plate, with size less than 5 μm. The excellent matrix microstructure meets the demands of wear alloy.
