摘　　要：本文采用资源禀赋指数法、概率优势分析法和综合比较优势指数法,对中国细羊毛生产布局的比较优势进行了分析。研究表明,中国细羊毛生产布局在总体上呈现出逐步向经济发展水平较低、非农产业发展相对滞后和饲草料资源比较丰富的西北地区、华北地区和东北地区集中的变化趋势,即由最初的自然性布局逐渐向经济性布局转变;新疆、内蒙古、甘肃、吉林、青海和黑龙江是中国细羊毛生产优势省区,这表明中国细羊毛生产布局的现状符合比较优势原则。因此,政府应当根据各省区的社会经济条件、资源禀赋等的实际情况实施差异化的细羊毛产业支持政策,加大对细羊毛生产优势省区的政策支持力度,促进中国细羊毛生产布局的进一步优化。By using the resource endowment index, the Stochastic Dominance and the compound comparative advantage index, this paper analyzes the comparative advantage of the layout of fine wool production in China. The results indicate that, the layout of fine wool production in China appears the change tendency that, gradually switching to the northwest region, North China and northeast region where economic development level is relatively low, non-fanning industry development is relatively lagging, and feed resources are rich, which also means that switching from natural layout to economic layout. Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Jilin, Qinghai, and Heilongjiang are the advantageous regions of fine wool production in China, so the present situation of the layout of fine wool production is in line with the principle of comparative advantage. Therefore, government should promulgate and implement different support policies according to the socio-economic conditions and resource endowment of different regions, reinforce the policy support level to the advantageous regions of fine wool production, and promote the further optimization of the layout of fine wool production in China.
