摘　　要：一个企业在导入ERP的过程中,不可避免地会遇到二次开发的问题,这种状况主要是由于ERP的功能无法与企业的需求相吻合,因此导入ERP系统后的二次开发具有重要的意义。针对目前钢铁行业ERP系统的应用实际,通过二次开发,替代ERP系统中轧钢的业务操作,解决轧钢生产过程中流程跟踪与管理的不足、炉号自动生成和钢坯单重无法记录等问题。A business will inevitably encounter the problem of secondary development in the process of ERP implementation. This situation is mainly due to the functionality of ERP can not be consistent with the needs of enterprises. Therefore, the sec- ondary development of ERP system has important significance. For the actual application of the ERP system in the steel industry, through the secondary development, rolling operations in ERP system can be replaced to solve tracking and management deficiencies, furnace automatically generated and heavy billet single records in the process of rolling production.
