摘　　要：针对在平面尺寸链中,公差计算通常采用微分法,计算量比较大的实际问题,介绍运用基于尺寸链图形理论的公差带叠加算法来简化公差计算的方法。通过与微分法对比分析可知,公差带叠加算法不仅直观易行,而且由于考虑了角度误差,提高了计算的精确性和合理性。In this paper, aiming at the large amount of calculation of tolerance problems that the differential method is usually used in the planar dimension chain, the method that stacking algorithm of tolerance zone based on the graphic theory of dimension chain is employed to simplify the calculation of tolerance . By comparing with differential method, it shows that stacking algorithm of tolerance zone can not only be easy but also improve the accuracy and rationality of calculation because of considering the angular deviation.
