摘　　要：目的确定该整改项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用检查表法、类比法和经验法,以及风险评估方法进行综合分析评价。结果通过对类比现场职业性有害因素的现场测定、体检结果分析和现场调查情况预测该项目建成投产后,其职业病危害的关键控制岗位是液氨球罐及充装站。结论该整改项目将各项职业病防护设施和应急措施落实到位,拟建工程项目从职业卫生角度分析是基本可行的。Objective To identify the occupational risk factors of the rectification project and evaluate the harmful- ness to the labors＇ health, so as to propose key control points. Methods Occupational hazards risk factors were analyzed and evaluated with methods of checklist, analogy, experience and comprehensive analysis. Results Liquid ammonia sphere and station were identified as key control points by detecting the factors of occupational hazards on the spot and by analyzing the results of the physical examination and the field investigation. Conclusion With protective and contingent measures being implemented, the underway project is basically feasible from the occupa- tion hygiene point.
