摘　　要：目的了解南充市工厂员工艾滋病相关知识、态度及行为现状,为开展工厂员工艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法对南充市工厂员工采用整群随机抽样的方式进行问卷调查。结果接受调查的南充市工厂员工艾滋病基本知识总知晓率为64.9%,其中大专及以上文化程度人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率为80.7%,高中、中专、技校文化程度人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率为67.9%,初中文化程度人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率为59.2%,小学及以下文化程度人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率为49.6%。结论工厂员工的艾滋病相关知识掌握不全面,存在感染艾滋病的高危行为,需对工厂员工加强艾滋病的健康教育,遏制艾滋病在工厂员工中流行。Objective To learn about AIDS - related knowledge, attitude and behavior among workers in the factory of Nanchong, thus provide science basis for health education on AIDS prevention. Methods Totally 1031 workers were conducted questionnaire through cluster random sampling. Results The average awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge was 64.9% ; the rate of those with an education degree above junior college was g0.7% ; the rate of those with an education degree of high school, technical secondary school and tech- nical school was 67.9% ; the rate of those with a degree of junior education level was 49.6%. Conclusion The workers in the factory lack of comprehensive knowledge about AIDS; high - risk behaviors are still un- eliminated; pertinent health education needs to be carried out to withdraw the prevalence trend among factory workers.
