摘　　要：目的通过测试某公司研制的配方保密药物,简称化合物Awf对直肠癌细胞(SW480)杀伤作用的体外实验.了解化合物Awf的作用机理。方法将直肠癌细胞(SW480)从液氮箱中复苏培养,当长到70%～80%时,将细胞移入24孔培养板,等量分布,再加入倍比稀释度不同的化合物Awf,在48 h以后观察细胞的凋亡情况,并用台盼蓝拒染法计算死亡细胞情况。结果化合物Awf对直肠癌细胞SW480有明显的杀伤作用.并且量效关系明显。结论此化合物Awf有明显的体外抗直肠肿瘤活性,有潜在临床医学应用价值。Objective By testing the killing effect of compound Awf on rectum cancer cell （SW480） to explore its function mechanism. Methods Rectum cancer cells were firstly revived and cultured from liquid nitrogen, and were moved into 24 - hole culture plate with equal distribution at time of their 70 - 80% full length. Dilutions with different multiple proportions were added, and then the cells were observed after 48 hours with aspect of apopto- sis. The Trypan Exclusion method was applied to accounting dead ceils. Results Compound Awf showed obvious wounding function effect on the SW480 rectum cancer ceils, with obvious dose - effect relationship. Conclusion Compound Awl can obviously resist the rectum tumor activity outside the body, and is of clinical significance.
