狂犬疫苗接种五针与2-1-1四针免疫程序的对比观察

摘　　要：目的了解狂犬疫苗2-1-1四针免疫程序的不良反应、血清抗体阳转率以及患者的依从性,为其在临床的推广应用提供数据支持。方法将856名犬伤门诊患者按照就诊时间随机分为两组,对照组患者给予传统五针程序免疫,实验组患者给予2-1-1四针程序免疫。随访、监测2组患者的抗体阳转率、不良反应发生率以及免疫依从性。结果 2组患者不良反应发生率以及全程接种30 d后血清抗体阳转率无明显差异(P>0.05),接受2-1-1四针程序患者的免疫依从性明显高于传统五针程序的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论狂犬疫苗2-1-1四针免疫程序安全、经济、简便,患者依从性好,值得推广和普及。Objective To understand the adverse reaction, seroconversion rate and the compliance of patients with 2 - 1 - 1 dose vaccine on rabies, and to provide data for wider clinical usage. Methods Totally 856 dog - injured cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, five - dose receivers as contrast group and 2 - 1 - 1 dose receivers as experimental group. Follow ups concerning seroconversion, adverse reaction and compliance were carried out on both groups. Results Rates of adverse reaction and seroconversion after 30 days showed no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; while compliance of patients showed more in experimental group than contrast group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The 2 - 1 - 1 schedule is safe, handy and easy to comply with, and thus worthy of being extended.
