摘　　要：目的探讨气压止血带使用不同保护垫及不同压力对皮肤软组织的影响。方法肢体骨折切开复位内固定患者80例,按随机表分为2组,即实验组和对照组,每组40例:实验组采用绷带作为保护垫,对照组使用棉垫作保护垫,比较两组患者在设置相同的时间和压力时,使用止血带后皮肤软组织受损的差异性,.然后再根据止血带在一定时间内使用不同的压力,将实验组和对照组再次分为I组(50±5)kPa,II组(60±5)kPa每组40例。结果经统计学处理χ2检验实验组与对照组的皮肤软组织反应差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自动气压止血带使用不同保护垫及不同压力对皮肤软组织损伤的轻重有直接的影响。Objective To explore the influence of automatic air - pressure tourniquet on skin with different pro- tection pads under different pressure. Methods Totally 80 patients who had received open reduction and in- ternal fixation of lime fracture were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 patients for each. The treatment group was treated with bandages as protection pads while the control group with cotton pads. Skin damages of patients were compared after using tourniquets during a same period of time and under a certain pressure, and then according to different pressure in the same period of time, patients were divide into group I（50 ＋5 kPa）, and group Ⅱ （60 ± 5 kPa）. Results There was difference of cutaneous reaction between treatment group and control group. Conclusion When equipped with different protection pads and under different pres- sure, automatic air -pressure tourniquets have a direct influence to the degree of skin damage.
