摘  要:通过大田定位试验,研究了稻麦两熟制下耕作方式与秸秆还田对麦田土壤总有机碳积累的影响。结果表明:秸秆还田可以显著提高土壤总有机碳和土壤微生物生物量碳的含量,其中旋耕+连续3季稻麦秸秆还田处理使土壤总有机碳含量提高了37.19%,翻耕+连续3季稻麦秸秆还田处理使土壤微生物生物量碳含量提高了62.88%;翻耕处理的15~25 cm土层土壤总有机碳和微生物生物量碳含量显著高于旋耕处理;在相同秸秆还田方式下,旋耕处理的0~7 cm和7~15 cm土层的微生物熵显著大于翻耕处理,而15~25 cm土层的则相反。The influences of tillage mode and straw - returning on the accumulation of total organic carbon in the soil of wheat field were studied in rice - wheat cropping system through the field location tests. The results indicated that straw - returning could ob- viously increase the contents of total organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon in the soil. The treatment of rotary tillage plus straw - returning for continuous 3 seasons increased the total organic carbon content in the soil by 37.19%. The treatment of overturned plo- wing plus straw - returning for continuous 3 seasons enhanced the microbial biomass carbon content in the soil by 62.88%. The soil organic carbon content and microbial biomass carbon content in 15 - 25 cm soil layer in overturned plowing treatment were significantly higher than those in rotary tillage treatment. Under the condition of same straw - returning mode, the microbial entropy in 0 - 7 cm and 7 - 15 cm soil layers in rotary tillage treatment was obviously higher than that in overturned plowing treatment, while the microbial en- tropy in 15 -25 cm soil layer in rotary tillage treatment was lower than that in overturned plowing treatment.
